SCOPE
This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Reason Span Technologies, LLC (“Reason Span,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for:
ReasonSpan AI Voice Translator — Android package com.reasonspan.voicetranslate.
AI Translate — earlier Android application, package com.reasonspan.aitranslate.
Drone Camera Pro AI — formerly named Camera Pro AI.
The Reason Span Technologies website.
ReasonSpan AI Voice Translator is a separate application from the earlier AI Translate application. References to the earlier application do not mean that subscriptions, purchases, or application access are interchangeable between the two products.
This Privacy Policy explains what information these services may access, collect, process, use, store, transmit, or share; why that information is used; and the choices available to users.
Not every feature or data-processing activity described below applies to every product or every user. Other Reason Span products may provide additional product-specific privacy notices where appropriate.

ABOUT REASONSPAN AI VOICE TRANSLATOR
ReasonSpan AI Voice Translator is a language-translation application developed and published by Reason Span Technologies, LLC.
The application is designed to translate spoken and text content between supported languages and may provide translated speech output.
The application uses network-based services to perform translation and related functions. Some features require an internet connection, microphone permission, or an active Google Play subscription.
The earlier AI Translate application provides related translation functionality. The following translation-processing disclosures also apply to that application where the described features and practices are used.
INFORMATION PROCESSED
Depending on the features used, ReasonSpan AI Voice Translator may process:
Text entered or submitted for translation.
Spoken audio intentionally provided for translation.
Recognized speech generated from spoken input.
Translated text and synthesized speech output.
Source-language and target-language selections.
Application settings and preferences.
Application version and build information.
Limited device, session, authentication, integrity, and technical information necessary to operate and secure the service.
Subscription, entitlement, purchase-verification, and restoration information when paid features are used.
Limited diagnostic and performance information needed to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve service reliability.
The application does not require users to create a separate Reason Span account merely to perform a translation.
MICROPHONE AND SPEECH INPUT
ReasonSpan AI Voice Translator may request permission to access the device microphone when a user chooses spoken translation.
Microphone access is used to capture speech that the user intentionally provides so that the application can recognize, translate, and return the requested result.
The application does not use the microphone continuously when spoken translation is not active.
Users may deny or revoke microphone permission through their device settings. Spoken-translation features may not function without microphone access.
TEXT AND AUDIO TRANSLATION PROCESSING
Text and audio submitted for translation may be transmitted over encrypted network connections to Reason Span Technologies systems and third-party service providers necessary to deliver the requested functionality.
These functions may include:
Speech recognition.
Language translation.
Speech synthesis.
Application hosting.
Authentication and session management.
Security and abuse prevention.
Subscription and entitlement verification.
Technical diagnostics.
Translation information is processed to provide, operate, secure, and support the application.
Reason Span seeks to limit information supplied to service providers to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant function.
Users should avoid submitting sensitive information for translation unless they are comfortable with the processing required to perform the requested translation.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
ReasonSpan AI Voice Translator may use third-party technology and infrastructure providers for translation, speech processing, application hosting, authentication, security, and payment-related verification.
Cloud-hosted application services may operate through Railway-hosted infrastructure. Google Play services are used for Android subscription and purchase-related operations.
Other service providers may perform speech recognition, translation, speech synthesis, or related application services.
These providers may process information necessary to perform the requested services under their applicable contractual obligations, privacy policies, and legal requirements.
Reason Span does not authorize service providers to use translation content on its behalf for behavioral advertising.
PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
ReasonSpan AI Voice Translator may offer paid subscriptions through Google Play.
Google Play processes subscription payments. Reason Span Technologies does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers or complete payment-card credentials.
To verify subscriptions and restore access to purchased features, the application and its backend may process:
Google Play purchase tokens during verification.
Product and subscription identifiers.
Purchase verification and acknowledgment status.
Subscription and entitlement status.
Subscription expiration information.
Information necessary to determine whether paid functionality should be available.
The ReasonSpan AI Voice Translator purchase-verification system maintains hashed purchase-token references and associated entitlement information in its billing database rather than storing raw purchase tokens in its entitlement records.
Purchase-related information is used to validate purchases, acknowledge subscriptions, maintain access to paid features, help restore eligible purchases, and prevent fraud or misuse.
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Purchases made for a separate application are not represented as purchases for ReasonSpan AI Voice Translator unless specifically supported by the applicable purchasing arrangement.
AUTHENTICATION, DEVICE INTEGRITY, AND SECURITY
The application may process limited application, device, session, authentication, and integrity information to:
Establish secure application sessions.
Verify legitimate application access.
Reduce fraud and misuse.
Protect application services.
Verify purchases and subscription entitlements.
Diagnose authentication or service problems.
This information is used for application security and service operation, not by Reason Span for behavioral advertising.
DIAGNOSTICS AND SERVICE OPERATIONS
ReasonSpan AI Voice Translator may process limited technical and operational information, including application version, build identifier, request timing, service status, error information, authentication status, and diagnostic events.
This information may be used to maintain service reliability, investigate failures, prevent misuse, provide technical support, and improve application stability and performance.
Diagnostic information is not sold to advertisers.
ADVERTISING AND SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Reason Span Technologies does not sell ReasonSpan AI Voice Translator users' personal information to advertisers.
Reason Span does not use translated text, translated speech, or microphone input for behavioral advertising.
If the application's advertising or tracking practices materially change, this policy and applicable application disclosures will be updated.
DATA SHARING
Reason Span Technologies does not sell personal information.
Information may be processed or shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to deliver the application's functionality, including translation, speech recognition, speech synthesis, cloud hosting, authentication, security, subscription verification, and technical support.

Translation content is not intended to be maintained by Reason Span indefinitely solely because a translation was performed.

ReasonSpan AI Voice Translator does not require a separate Reason Span user account for ordinary translation use. Consequently, some application and billing information may not be directly associated with a personally identifiable account.
Reason Span will take reasonable steps to review and respond to applicable privacy requests, subject to technical limitations and legal requirements.
Information independently maintained by Google Play or another third-party service provider may be subject to that provider's own privacy, retention, and deletion procedures.
SECURITY
ReasonSpan AI Voice Translator uses encrypted network communications, including HTTPS where applicable, for production service communications.
Reason Span Technologies uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed through the application against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
ReasonSpan AI Voice Translator is intended for users 18 years of age or older and is not directed to children.
Reason Span Technologies does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this application in violation of applicable law.
If Reason Span becomes aware of information collected in circumstances requiring deletion under applicable law, it will take appropriate action.
The earlier AI Translate application was not designed specifically for children under 13.

DRONE CAMERA PRO AI PRIVACY POLICY
ABOUT DRONE CAMERA PRO AI
Drone Camera Pro AI, formerly named Camera Pro AI, is a camera-planning and drone mission-preparation application provided by Reason Span Technologies, LLC.
The app assists with camera setup, shot planning, weather context, equipment records, preparation records, and related field workflows.
LOCAL PLANNING INFORMATION
Camera settings, profiles, aircraft records, shot lists, preparation records, and related planning history are stored locally on your device. The app does not provide cloud synchronization of this planning information.
You can delete local records within the app where supported, or clear the app's storage through Android settings. Export information you want to keep before clearing storage.
ACCOUNTS AND SIGN-IN
Account creation and sign-in are optional for free features. An account is used to access and manage paid features.
Your email address and password are transmitted securely to Google Firebase Authentication for account creation and sign-in. Firebase maintains authentication information. Your account identifier is used by our backend to associate verified purchases with your account.
PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Google Play processes subscription payments. Reason Span does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Our purchase-verification backend processes account identifiers, Google Play purchase tokens, product identifiers, and subscription status to verify purchases, restore access, and prevent fraudulent use. Stored purchase tokens are encrypted.
The backend is hosted on Railway and communicates with Google services to verify authentication and purchases.
LOCATION AND WEATHER
Using your phone's foreground location is optional. You may allow approximate or precise location access, or enter coordinates manually. The app does not request background location permission or track a travel route.
When you request weather information, the selected latitude and longitude are sent over HTTPS to the U.S. National Weather Service at api.weather.gov. This includes manually entered coordinates when used for weather requests.
Coordinates are transmitted for weather retrieval when you request a weather refresh; the app does not continuously transmit your location.
The National Weather Service processes requests under its own privacy policy and may retain request logs.

Weather information supports planning and does not replace official guidance, local observations, pilot judgment, legal requirements, required authorizations, or applicable safety procedures.
SUPPORT, ADVERTISING, AND ANALYTICS
You may voluntarily provide a support snapshot or other information when requesting help. Support snapshots may contain application version information and local diagnostic state, but omit mission latitude and longitude.
The app does not include advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers, or automatic analytics uploads. Reason Span does not sell your personal information, location information, or mission-planning information.
DATA SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
Google Firebase Authentication processes account information to provide sign-in services.
Railway hosts our purchase-verification backend. Google services are used to verify authentication and Google Play purchases.
The National Weather Service receives selected coordinates when you request weather information and operates under its own privacy practices.
Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, protect users and our services, investigate fraud or security incidents, or complete a permitted business transaction.
ACCOUNT DELETION AND RETENTION

We may verify account ownership before completing an email request. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
When deletion is completed, we delete your sign-in account and remove your account ID and encrypted purchase tokens from our active purchase-verification database.
For fraud prevention, we retain one-way account and purchase-token fingerprints, with expiry dates, for 90 days after backend deletion. These contain no email address, password, plaintext account ID, or raw purchase token.
Expired fingerprints are removed by hourly cleanup while the service is running, or when it restarts.
Locally stored planning records remain until you delete them or clear app storage.
Deleting your app account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately through Google Play. Google maintains its payment records under its own policies.
SECURITY
Account, purchase-verification, and weather communications use HTTPS.
Reason Span seeks to limit data access and transmission to what is necessary for the application's stated functions.
No method of electronic transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Drone Camera Pro AI is not designed specifically for children under 13.
If the intended audience or application data practices change, Reason Span will review and update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
